Saturn is uccha at 20° Libra (Tula) and neecha at 20° Aries (Mesha). A strong Saturn gives slow but lasting career growth. Also, Jupiter's deepest uccha point, 5° Cancer (Karka), sits inside Pushya. A Jupiter there is a big help for teaching, advice and finance.
Your nakshatra shows your nature, but the 10th bhava shows your work. The 10th lord's placement and strength shape career growth, and planets in the 10th bhava often point to the field.
