I humbly bow at the lotus feet of my divine Mother, Amma (Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi), whose teachings of love, compassion, and selfless service continue to inspire countless lives around the world.

I offer my deepest gratitude to my parents, especially my father, who first introduced me to the fascinating world of Vedic Astrology and patiently taught me its foundational principles.

I also bow with reverence to the renowned Vedic Astrology teacher Sri P. V. R. Narasimha Rao, whose books, writings, lectures, and software (Jagannath Hora) have profoundly influenced my understanding of this sacred science.

The astrological calculations in this app are powered by generous open-source work, gratefully acknowledged on our Licenses page; in the same spirit of openness, our own calculation service is itself open source.

By profession I work in software engineering and product management. Vedic Astrology has been a passion developed over many years of study and observation — I do not consider myself a professional astrologer, but a student of this vast and profound tradition.

Why This App Was Created
