This policy explains what Prajna Jyothi collects and how we use it.

What we collect: the birth details and profile inputs (role, experience, questions) you enter to generate a reading, your email address if you sign in with Google, and basic anonymised usage analytics.

How we use it: to compute your chart and generate your reading, to operate and improve the Service, and to process payments for paid features.

Payments: processed by Razorpay. Your card and bank details go directly to Razorpay — we never store them and receive only the payment status.

Saving birth profiles: birth details are used to generate your reading whether or not you sign in. We only store them against your account as a saved profile after you give explicit consent at the point of saving. You can delete any saved profile from within the app at any time.

Cookies: we use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in after you log in with Google. It is required for the Service to work and is not used for advertising. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

We do not sell your data and share it only with the providers needed to run the Service (payment, language-model, and hosting partners). You can request access to or deletion of your data any time by emailing ranjith.pillay@zohomail.in.
